Return & Refund Policy
In keeping our goal of customer satisfaction, this return and refund policy sets out our procedures and policies in accepting customers’ returns. Any return or exchange by the customers shall be subjected to the terms and conditions under this return & refund policy.
What is this return & refund policy?
- All the items must be in unused conditions and must be accompanied by original tags and receipt of the invoice. Any product that shows signs of wear or has been altered, damaged, and resized cannot be accepted under our three-day return policy.
If a defective item is received, the user can contact our customer care to schedule a return/exchange.

NOTE – User will bear all return shipping charges. Hence, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- After receiving your return or exchange, our team will inspect the item and process it. Kindly provide us at least 14 days from the receipt to process your return/ exchange. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
